- 1 Banana
- 5 Strawberries
- 3 Peaches
- 1 Apple
- 5 Ice cubes
- a pinch of nutmeg
- a few sprigs of mint leaves
Directions For Cooking
- Slice peaches and peel and chop apples into pieces. Blend all the ingredients exceot for ice until smooth. Add ice and churn once again in a blender. Pour into a glass and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
- Serve chilled, garnished with mint leaves.
